App store download already purchased mac

Not sure what else to suggest, logging out, closing apps, soft-reset, logging back in, fixes a number of things - I've done a quick search on here and I can't find any fixes, hopefully if somebody else reads this and knows what to do then they will post. I seem to be able to download the app here in the UK, and delete and redownload it.
