The main guy that used to be active on there giving advice and whatnot seemed to be praising the lights but hated the cool white diodes in them. Stability and consistency is key not only with water parameters but light as well.
I've switched to WWCs prime setting. It's very blue heavy, which is how they run all their tanks.
